BRICS is not a Russian project!
"With regard to projects of the BRICS and the SCO, it is a kind of" infrared trap "for the most active countries in the world." BRICS is a project "GOLDMAN - Saks"! BRICS born in the conference hall of the investment bank "GOLDMAN- Sachs." And in general, what role will be played in the formation of the BRICS new geopolitical and geo-economic world order? This question can be answered by analyzing the three paradoxes in the concept of BRICS. Firstly, the BRICS needs more in China than China BRICS. The point in the economic power of China, which makes the world pay attention to this formation. While BRICS needs China, China does not seem too interested in this form. Instead, it focuses on its own initiative, such as "One Belt - one way," ADB infrastructure investments and the SCO. Second, each member of the BRICS differently perceives the concept of "the West." The main internal threat to the Russian authorities is that they call the "technology" color "revolutions" - the possibility of a radically-minded people come together with the help of social networks, to topple the regime. Russia believes that Western ideas such as individualism and liberalism are used for adjustment to the youth to take action in favor of Western geopolitical interests. Such integration of Western ideas and Western geopolitical interests is a serious challenge the effectiveness of the BRICS, as countries such as India, South Africa and Brazil, do not take Western ideas with the same suspicion. This difference may be important in the discussion of BRICS cooperation in areas such as the Internet and cyber security. The third paradox is the lack of legitimacy of the BRICS, which could contribute to effective international control. While previous attempts of international governance, such as the League of Nations or the United Nations, the winners have been created prior to this war, BRICS was born in the conference hall of the investment bank "GOLDMAN- Sachs." To gain legitimacy, the BRICS need to form a position on major global issues, whether it be natural disasters, economic crises and civil wars.
